Chapter Volunteer Hours Report

Usage: This report should be submitted by the workgroup or project manager at the completion of each phase of a project or at the end of the workday. If an ODFW project these same numbers should be turned in to the manager or STEP Biologist for the project. If ODFW maintained the sign-in sheet on-site (as is the case at a hatchery spawning or fin clipping) please collect the numbers from them.
