Hello and Welcome!
The Albany Chapter meets the first Wednesday of each month, 7:00 p.m., at the Senior Citizens Center, 489 Water Avenue NW, in Albany. The monthly meeting usually features a guest speaker, update on projects and fishing derby's and concludes with a raffle drawing. There is no scheduled meeting in the month of July and in August we hold our yearly picnic at a local park where we hold a casting contest. • Planning and construction of the "New & Improved" Waterloo Boat Launch,

Weekly Fish Trap & Recycling during Summer Spring Chinook spawning in September Steelhead Spawning in January Each September chapter volunteers assist the staff of the South Santiam Hatchery spawning hundreds of Spring Chinook which are expected to return in 3-5 years. • Fishing "How To" Clinics for salmon and steelhead at the Albany Joe's
• Various Scouting Activities

Fishing Derbies! Keeping with the tradition of being fishing enthhusiasts each Spring and Winter the chapter hosts a fishing derby open to all active members.
