Emerald Empire

The Emerald Empire Chapter meets the first Wednesday of each month, 7:00 p.m., at Eagles on the Green, 1375 Irving Road in Eugene. For more information please contact us or stop by and visit us at our regular chapter meetings.

In 2001, the chapter elected a Junior Board Member, Brian Clift. Brian represents the members ages 12-18, whose volunteer efforts have often been overlooked in the past. He organized a boat building project; proceeds from the sale go to funding a scholarship program the chapter is starting.
The Letz Creek mini hatchery is one of the most important projects of the Emerald Empire Chapter. Members spawn adult fish, feed the young fish, and, this year, fenced the pond to keep otters out. Jan Clift is shown with a steelhead ready to spawn at the Whitaker Creek trap.

For additional information or if you're already a member of the Emerald Empire Chapter visit us at our monthly meeting. If you're not come on down and meet us. You can join by submitting a membership application.
